Hello and thank you for visiting RA vs the World! For the past few months, I have been inactive in this blog because there were just a lot of things going on in my life. But now, I am back with a series of posts about mundane stuff in 500 words or less. (Well, some of them are mundane, some are not.)
Yay Panlilio, a journalist turned resistance fighter during World War II, knew when to keep pretending to be a Japanese propagandist and when to take off the mask and make an anxiety-provoking exit.
There were a few clues about Ellie’s past in the previous episode, but in episode 7, the show will dig deeper.
The show’s story shifted focus from Feliz Pavia to Leona Fiero, but we still have yet to uncover more of her secrets including what Lioness Den is all about.
Joel and Ellie finally reach Wyoming, where they spend a day in a commune before continuing their journey to Colorado.
Gunn also dismissed insinuations that the project is being fast-tracked since this confirmation comes only 19 days after his announcement of the ten DC Studios projects that they will be working on to soft-reboot the entire DC Universe.
Weeks 3 and 4 of “Dirty Linen” got a little bit too dragging, but I’m glad it’s all over now. I’m dying to know what the Leona arc will do to that story.
In this blog post, let’s discuss some of the themes tackled in the episode (is Henry bad?), the changes made from the game (and how they made the story even more compelling), and the original characters Kathleen and Perry, who I already talked about in previous posts but there are still a few things about them that need to be discussed. Also, let’s discuss the theories that I got right and those that I got terribly wrong.
